1. Our salon and spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful by honoring your commitment to your scheduled appointment. Kindly give 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel an appointment.
2. Please arrive for your appointment at your scheduled time. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled if you are tardy; as a courtesy to the rest of our scheduled guests.
3. Please help contribute to our peaceful atmosphere by refraining from using your cell phone during your visit.
4. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Gratuity may not be added to credit cards. We respectfully request that gratuity be given in cash.
5. Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination.
6. We welcome you to try another salon or spa professional at will, whenever you feel that you may need a change. Our staff respects your decision to " change things up" and no ill feelings will be had.
7. We gladly accept product returns within 14 days with a receipt, in exchange for another product. As per AVEDA corporate policy, returned products must be greater than half full.
